A good vegan diet plan will include things like porridge oats, which is a healthy food that helps you to stay fuller for longer. Whole grains are much better for the body and do tend to make you feel more satisfied than white bread or white rice. Your vegan diet plan should include iron and other vitamin supplements to make up for the lack of these in your new diet.

A vegan diet plan is free from cholesterol, which is good for people who suffer from heart conditions or type 2 diabetes.
